Kathmandu. Toyota Hilux has been launched in Nepal.

The new Hilux has been launched during the NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2026 kicked off at Bhrikutimandap on Monday.

United Traders Syndicate Pvt. Ltd., the authorized distributor of Toyota vehicles in Nepal, has priced the new generation Hilux at Rs 1.55 crore.

Its exterior design is based on the ‘tough and agile’ design concept inspired by the Toyota Land Cruiser.

The new Hilux is powered by a 2.8-litre diesel engine. The new Hilux can carry a load of up to one ton and will have a towing capacity of 3.5 tons.

Hilux has been in demand in the pickup segment in Nepal for both business and personal purposes.
