Kathmandu. Mandu Hydropower Company (MHL) has called its AGM to endorse the dividend proposal for the next two fiscal years. The company has called its 14th and 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 3 at Nepal Banquet, Nayabazar, Kathmandu. The meeting will begin at 10:00 am.

The AGM will endorse a special proposal of distributing 10 percent bonus shares from the accumulated profit of the fiscal year 2081/82 and 12 percent cash dividend from the accumulated profit of the fiscal year 2082/83. The meeting will also endorse the proposal of distributing 0.5263 percent cash dividend for the purpose of dividend tax, delegating authority to the Board of Directors to amend the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association and appointing an auditor.

The company is closing its book for one day on August 19 for the AGM and dividend distribution. As per the agreement, the shareholders who have been traded in NEPSE till August 17 will be able to participate in the AGM of the company and receive the dividend to be distributed by the company.
