Kathmandu. Under the health insurance programme, Rs 3.56 billion has been paid to 376 health institutions of various districts.

The amount was paid to the health institutions for the services of the health insurance programme in the months of January and Falgun 2082. The government hospitals, primary health centres, municipal hospitals, eye hospitals and private and teaching hospitals are among those receiving the payment.

The payment details include all service providers including big hospitals, primary health centers, primary hospitals and district hospitals in remote and rural areas.

The amount was paid on the basis of the approved details after verifying and evaluating the claims made by the health institutions providing services under the health insurance.
