NOC urges customers to purchase LPG from available distributors from today

. KATHMANDU: Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has made arrangements for the sale and distribution of LPG from the dealers appointed by the concerned LPG industries as per the regular process.

Issuing a notice

, the corporation has urged the consumers to contact the LPG dealer of their choice and purchase the gas.

The corporation has directed the industrialists to provide details including name, address, contact number and cylinder number of the dealers and distributors by 9:00 am every day in order to make the gas distribution systematic.TAG_OPEN_div_16

{{TAG_OPEN_div_14} The details of the quantity of gas sold by the dealer-distributor, the name of the consumer and the contact number should be prepared daily and the concerned industry and the concerned industry should provide the details to the corporation on the same day.

According to the NOC, the NOC has requested the concerned District Administration Office through the Ministry of Home Affairs to sell LPG by giving high priority to the consumers who use it for household purposes when they are in need and to facilitate in the transportation and distribution of gas from the point of view of safety.TAG_OPEN_div_12

Likewise, an arrangement has been made to monitor the distribution of LPG by a joint team including human resources deputed from the NOC at the request of the Department of Commerce, Supply and Consumer Protection.TAG_OPEN_div_10
