Baglung. Three persons have been arrested on the charge of black-marketing urea supplied to farmers from Baglung to Birgunj.

According to the District Police Office, they were arrested after it was confirmed that urea purchased from two agricultural goods shops in Baglung bazaar was sent to Birgunj by night bus.

The arrestees have been identified as Dinesh Pandit Kumar of Chhipaharmai Rural Municipality-6 and Kul Bahadur Rana Magar and Binay Shakya of Baglung Municipality-2.

The accused are being investigated under the Black Marketing and some other Social Crimes and Punishment Act.
