Rukum West. A mother and daughter were killed when an electric vehicle hit them along the Mid-Hill Highway at Sanibheri rural municipality-8 in Ekanta district on Sunday morning.

The deceased have been identified as Swastika Poudel, 26, and her two-year-old daughter Sandikha Gyawali of Baletaksar in Ruru area rural municipality-4 of Gulmi district this morning.
