Rasuwa floods: 24 including Kanchanpur employees out of contact

Mahendranagar. After the massive flood in the Bhotekoshi River in Rasuwa, 24 people from Kanchanpur have gone missing.

The District Police Office, Kanchanpur on Wednesday evening issued a notice to inform the District Administration Office and District Police Office for the search and rescue of the people who have not come into contact with the flood-hit area.TAG_OPEN_div_28

Spokesperson of District Police Office, Kanchanpur, Deputy Superintendent of Police Tek Bahadur Rawat said that the relatives of 24 people from Kanchanpur have contacted the police for the search operation.TAG_OPEN_div_26

} “The relatives of the army, police, employees and workers working in the hydropower project in the affected areas have requested for the search by contacting them,” Spokesperson Rawat said, “We have collected the details of the people who have gone missing and sent them to the police headquarters.” ”
