Kathmandu. The Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) has been distributing relief materials to the families affected by the Bhotekoshi floods since Thursday.
President of the association, Dr. Under the leadership of Dr. Hemraj Sharma, relief materials including tents, food, clothes, medicines will be distributed to 500 affected families in Nuwakot in the first phase. The association will distribute relief materials in coordination with the local level.
An emergency meeting of the Association held on Wednesday had decided to provide Rs 50 million for relief and rescue efforts and to send a team of doctors to the affected areas.TAG_OPEN_div_8
