Kathmandu. Nepal Infrastructure Bank (NIFRA) has announced a dividend to be distributed to shareholders from the profit of the last financial year. The bank has announced a cash dividend (including tax) at the rate of 5.2632 percent of the current paid-up capital.

The meeting of the board of directors of the bank held on August 28 has decided to distribute the dividend at this rate.

The dividend will be distributed at the rate approved by the Government of Nepal, the Ministry of Finance and Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsed by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
