According to the Nepal TAG_OPEN_div_11 Electricity Authority, power supply has been restored in most of the areas of Kalika and Naukunda rural municipalities of the district. Similarly, power supply has also come into operation in Dhunche, Bharkhu and Gosainkunda areas of Gosainkunda rural municipality.
After the flood damaged the electricity infrastructure, the technical team of the NEA had expedited the repair and rehabilitation work amidst adverse weather and challenging geographical conditions. With the continuous efforts of the technical team, the daily life of the locals is gradually returning to normal with the restoration of power supply in the affected areas.TAG_OPEN_div_9
The NEA has said that it has been continuing its works by mobilizing the required human resources, equipment and resources to regularize the power supply in the remaining affected areas at the earliest.TAG_OPEN_div_7
