According to Ramesh Pokharel, acting president of the federation, 40 institutions including the cooperative’s service centers have been damaged by the floods so far. He said that this number could increase further.

So far, preliminary information has been received that 9 institutions in Rasuwa, 11 institutions in Nuwakot and 40 including service centers have been damaged,” he said, “The situation there is very bad. So far, it will take time to get the data as we have to engage in humanitarian services.” ”

Federation General Manager Babukaji Thapa said that the federation has issued a circular to the district associations of the affected districts immediately after the floods on Sunday, seeking 5 different information.
