Kathmandu. The government has promoted Joint Secretary Narayan Bhatta to the post of Secretary.
A meeting of the Council of Ministers held on Thursday promoted Bhatta to the post of Chief Secretary of Koshi Province, said government spokesperson Sasmit Pokharel.
