NRA Spokesperson Shanti Mahat said that 169 bodies were recovered in Rasuwa, 197 in Nuwakot, 70 in Dhading, 75 in Gorkha, 38 in Tanahun, 363 in Chitwan, 222 in Nawalparasi East and 221 in Nawalparasi West. She said, “There are reports that around 4,996 people are out of contact due to the floods. The details of about 1,967 Nepalis who are out of contact from Rasuwa District Administration Office and about 2,340 Nepalis from Nuwakot have been updated.TAG_OPEN_div_20 ”
According to him, about TAG_OPEN_div_18 100 security personnel and employees and about 589 foreign nationals are out of contact. Meanwhile, 13,396 people have been rescued so far.
