Baitadi. The Mahakali Highway has been obstructed due to a landslide at Bitkam of Dogadakedar Rural Municipality-5 in Baitadi.

The Mahakali Highway linking Baitadi has been obstructed due to a landslide above the road.

Chief of the District Police Office, Baitadi, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Deepak Kumar Raya informed the road section was disrupted after a landslide fell down from above this morning.

He said that the work of removing the landslide on the road is being done with the help of JCB. Transport services have been affected due to the landslide.
