More than Rs 12.43 billion deposited in Prime Minister Natural Disaster Relief Fund

Kathmandu. The Prime Minister’s Natural Disaster Relief Fund currently has a deposit of Rs 12.43 billion. According to the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, as of 9:00 am today, nine banks have deposits of Rs 9.14 billion.

Similarly, $2,16,37,691 has been deposited in the dollar account of the fund in two banks. According to the office, the total available amount of the fund has reached Rs 12.43 billion, according to the office.

According to the data, on September 10, an additional Rs 172.5 million 69 thousand 675 was collected in Nepali and $ 274,062 in US dollars.

The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Authority (NDRRMA) had released Rs 1 billion from the relief fund to those affected by the floods in the Bhotekoshi River in Rasuwa few days ago.
