Kathmandu. Buddha Regency Limited, a five-star hotel operating in Siddharthanagar (Bhairahawa), Lumbini, is going to issue ordinary shares to the general public. The company is going to issue 15 lakh units of ordinary shares at a face value of Rs 100 per share. The total amount of the shares will be worth Rs 15 crore.
The company has appointed Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited as the issue manager for the IPO issuance. The agreement was signed by Sunil Agrawal, Director of Buddha Regency Limited and Bijay Lal Shrestha, Chief Executive Officer of Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited.
The agreement was signed today (September 25) at the office of Laxmi Sunrise Capital in New Baneshwor, Kathmandu. With the agreement, the company will start the process of issuing ordinary shares to the general public in the near future.
Buddha Regency Hotel is a five-star luxury hotel located in Siddharthanagar, right in front of Gautam Buddha International Airport. The hotel has partnered with international hospitality group Windham Hotels & Resorts to provide services under the ‘Ramada by Windham’ brand.
The hotel has more than 100 well-equipped rooms for the comfortable stay of the guests. There are also grand banquet halls for wedding ceremonies and destination weddings and two dedicated halls for corporate conferences and events.
The company is preparing to involve the general public in its ownership through the issue of ordinary shares.
