KATHMANDU: United Idi Mardi & RB Hydropower Company has announced a dividend to be distributed to shareholders from the profit of the last financial year.
The company has declared 5% bonus share and 0.26% cash dividend on its current paid-up capital.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on September 25 has decided to distribute dividend at this rate.
The dividend will be distributed at the same rate after it is approved by the Electricity Regulatory Commission and approved by the next Annual General Meeting.
