KATHMANDU: Former Prime Minister Jhalanath Khanal has stressed the need to develop Nepal-China relations in multi-dimensional areas.
Concluding the two-day ‘Kasthamandap Dialogue’ organized by the Foundation for Peace, Development and Socialism here today, PM Oli said Nepal should be reaped special benefits from China, which has been rapidly developing economically, scientific and technology.
Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) leader Khanal stressed on the need of further enhancing the relations between the two countries. On the occasion, the leaders exchanged views on ‘Changing International and Regional Environment for Nepal-China Relations’, ‘Exchange of Experience in Party Building and Good Governance’, ‘Practical Cooperation: Geopolitics, Trade and Connectivity’, ‘Climate Resilient and Trans-Border Risk Reduction’, ‘Nepal-China Cultural and People-to-People Cooperation’ and ‘Role of Youth: Building Next Generation Friendship’.
