Poudel, who started his professional career as an account officer in the government service, has established his own identity by entering the fields of entrepreneurship, investment and capital market.
In his capacity as President and Director of various businesses and organizations, he has been trying to mobilize investment in productive sectors, enhance institutional capacity and revitalize businesses facing challenging conditions.
He has established himself not only as an entrepreneur in the investment and business world, but also as a leader who can identify troubled organizations, revitalize and transform them.
He has been working for the development of Nepal’s agriculture and food industry, promoting domestic production, value addition and taking Nepali food products to the international market.

While leading the Nepal Investors Forum, he has been raising his voice on the issues of investors’ rights, transparency, good governance and institutional development of Nepal’s financial and capital markets.
In his view, a healthy capital market is not just a market where share prices rise or fall, but is an important financial infrastructure that converts savings into productive investment, provides capital to entrepreneurship and accelerates overall economic growth.
Receiving the award, Poudel said that he took the award not as an individual achievement but as a recognition of the collective contribution of organizations, colleagues, investors, employees, partners, consumers and well-wishers.
He said, “This honor is not just a recognition of my personal journey. It has not only encouraged our efforts in the past but also added the responsibility to work more responsibly in the future. ”
According to him, production, entrepreneurship, capital mobilization, employment generation and internationalization of Nepali products should be given priority for the economic development of Nepal.
He added, “It is easy to leave a troubled organization, but it is challenging to reform and reinvigorate it. In my professional journey, I have always tried to turn challenges into opportunities. ”
He also pledged to utilize his experience and capacity in productive industries, Nepali brand, capital market, entrepreneurship and institutional development in the days to come.
On the occasion, Poudel expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the organizing committee and all the judges for presenting the award to him.
It is a matter of happiness to receive honor, but the real meaning of honor is to do better work after that. I have taken this honor as an inspiration and responsibility for the journey ahead.
