Kathmandu. Gurans Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced a dividend to be distributed to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. The microfinance company has announced a total dividend of 10 percent, including 9.5 percent bonus shares of the current paid-up capital and 0.5 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of Microfinance held on September 18 decided to distribute dividend at this rate. The dividend will be distributed after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and approved by the next Annual General Meeting.TAG_OPEN_div_2
