Kathmandu. Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese celebrated Tihar with the Nepali community in Sydney.

Prime Minister Albanese expressed his happiness to celebrate Tihar with the Nepali community through social media.

“Diversity is Australia’s strength, and the Nepali community is an important part of Australia’s multicultural society,” he said.

“It was a pleasure to celebrate Tihar with our Nepali community in Sydney today. Diversity is our strength and the Nepali community is a very important part of it,” he said in his message.

The Nepali community in Australia has been contributing to Australia’s multicultural society by preserving their identity through language, culture, traditions and festivals.
