Kathmandu. Siddhartha Bank has called its Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The bank has called a meeting for Wednesday, October 28. The meeting will be held at the Army Officers Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu.

The bank has proposed 10 percent bonus shares and 10 percent cash dividend including tax.

Similarly, the AGM will present a proposal of distributing cash dividend at the rate of 8.25 percent to the shareholders of the unreleased reserve preference shares, authorizing the Board of Directors to amend the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association and appointing an auditor.

The bank is going to close the book for one day on October 1. Shareholders who have remained in power till September 1 will be able to attend the meeting and receive dividends.
