Kathmandu. Machhapuchchhre Bank has decided to merge its Rasuwa-based Timure branch with Trishuli branch, which was affected by the floods in the Bhotekoshi River.

The bank said it will start its banking service by merging its Timure branch with Trishuli branch from September 22.

The decision was taken after the bank’s branch at Timure, Gosainkunda Rural Municipality, Rasuwa district was affected due to the flood in the Bhotekoshi River on August 26.

All the banking services provided by the Timure branch will now be continuously available through the Trishuli branch. The bank has requested the customers of the Timure branch to contact the Trishuli branch or other branches of the bank for banking transactions and necessary services in the coming days.

The bank has apologized for the inconvenience caused to the customers due to the merger and thanked the customers for their continuous support, trust and support.
