Kathmandu. Lawmaker Yubaraj Dulal has demanded that the people disappeared in the floods in Rasuwa district should be given legal status like the deceased.

Stating that the families of the disappeared people have been demanding this from time to time, he urged the government to take initiative seriously in this regard.

Similarly, MP Dulal also objected to the syndicate being implemented for employment in Malaysia for the first time. According to him, out of more than 1,100 employers in Malaysia, only 25 companies can send Nepali workers.

Stating that Prime Minister Balendra Shah had already expressed his dissatisfaction over the arrangement with his Malaysian counterpart over phone, Dulal urged the concerned ministry to take immediate diplomatic initiative to scrap the syndicate.

He also urged the government to create an environment where all manpower companies can operate foreign employment in a competitive manner, taking initiative to immediately scrap the provision from Nepal’s side.
