Kathmandu. Finance Minister and Acting Prime Minister Swarnim Wagle and Minister for Agriculture, Forest and Environment Gita Chaudhary held a meeting today.

During the meeting, discussions were held focusing on the supply of chemical fertilizers required for the upcoming season and the relief amount to be provided to the people affected by the Rasuwa floods.

On the occasion, Minister Chaudhary handed over Rs 15 million provided by WWF World Wide Fund for Nature for relief and rehabilitation in flood-affected areas of Rasuwa to Finance Minister Wagle.

During the discussion, it was also emphasized to ensure adequate supply and smooth distribution of chemical fertilizers required for the upcoming season. Necessary coordination and discussion have been held between the two ministers to manage the necessary budget and resources for the purchase of fertilizers and to deliver fertilizers to the farmers on time.
