The company has appointed Nabil Investment Banking Limited as its issue manager for the IPO issuance.

Nippon Pharmaceuticals Limited is a certified pharmaceutical company that manufactures a wide range of medicines such as tablets, capsules, liquids, ointments, cream gels, ORS, dry syrups and penicillins as per international quality standards, which was formally registered in 2006 and established in 2017. The company has been addressing the Nepali pharma market by developing and building a diverse product portfolio of high quality pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical products.

Nippon Pharmaceuticals, which started its commercial production and marketing in 2022, has been able to market more than 60 products of different therapeutic segments within 4 years of its establishment.
