Kathmandu. Binju Dahal has been appointed as the woman director of United Ajod Insurance Company. Dahal has been appointed as a woman director representing the general shareholders group of the company.
The 89th meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on September 26 decided to appoint Dahal to the post of woman director as per Section 47 of the Insurance Act, 2079. The company has informed NEPSE about the appointment through a formal letter.TAG_OPEN_div_2
