Kathmandu. The Prime Minister’s Natural Disaster Relief Fund and the Prime Minister’s Relief Fund are in the process of collecting financial assistance after the flood in the Bhotekoshi River in Rasuwa.

According to the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers, the amount in the fund has reached Rs 16.15 billion.

The accounts of nine commercial banks of the Prime Minister Natural Disaster Relief Fund have reached $12.05 billion, while the accounts of Himalayan Bank and Laxmi Sunrise Bank have reached $27.16 million.

The government has already released one billion rupees from the fund for the flood-affected areas.
