KATHMANDU: Global IME Bank has paid Rs 1,55,01,600 as salary allowance to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Surendra Raj Regmi in the last fiscal year.

The bank has paid the amount to the CEO as salary allowance. The bank has paid Rs 75.96 lakh as salary to the CEO.

Similarly, Rs 5 million 40 lakh has been paid as allowance, Rs 759 thousand 600 as provident fund, Rs 10 lakh 53 thousand as leave and Rs 10 lakh 53 thousand as Dashain allowance.

Similarly, the bank has also paid Rs 36,90,607 to the CEO as employee bonus. Apart from this, the bank also pays the CEO for telephone and mobile expenses, vehicle maintenance and fuel expenses.

The bank charges Rs 46,700 for telephone and mobile expenses, Rs 44,406 for vehicle repair and Rs 137,065 for fuel expenses.

Similarly, the bank has spent Rs 19.81 lakh on meetings and other allowances to the chairman and the board of directors. The bank has been paying Rs 25,000 per meeting as meeting allowance to the chairman of the board of directors and Rs 22,000 per meeting as meeting allowance to the members of the board of directors.

The meeting allowance of Rs 19.81 lakh has been provided to the members of the Board of Directors and Rs 15.18 lakh as meeting allowance to the members of the Board of Directors.

A sum of Rs. 79,94,939 was spent on the meeting of the Board of Directors and other activities.
