According to the available details about the share structure of the bank, NB International holds 10,67,06,242 shares in the name of NB International. This is 39.44 percent of the total shares of the bank.

IFIC Bank Plc of Bangladesh holds 7.7 TAG_OPEN_div_20 7 per cent shares in the bank. The bank holds 2,10,17,264 shares in its name.
