KATHMANDU — President Ram Chandra Poudel received tika and jamara from his guru purohit on the occasion of Bijaya Dashami.
President Poudel received tika, jamara and blessings from his guru priest at 10.26 am at the office of the President at Sheetal Niwas.
In the past years, the President used to give tika to the general public, but the program has not been held since last year as the country was facing a difficult situation and there was no peaceful and cheerful atmosphere.
