Kathmandu. Police have arrested journalist Bishwamani Subedi.
Police have arrested Subedi, a journalist of Nepal Press, from his office in Baneshwor. He was arrested by the Valley Crime Investigation Office. However, an arrest warrant has been issued against him.
It was reported in Nepal Press that the government was trying to remove IGP Dan Bahadur Karki and Karki had started legal consultations in this regard. It is said that he was arrested for questioning in this matter.
Likewise, another journalist Sobhraj Baral has been arrested by the police on the same day.
