Aarambh Chautari Laghubitta makes investors empty-handed

Kathmandu. Aarambh Chautari Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has decided not to distribute any dividend to the shareholders in the financial year 2082/83.

The 183rd meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on October 29 decided to approve the financial statements of the last fiscal year and submit it to the Nepal Rastra Bank for final approval.TAG_OPEN_div_10

The meeting also discussed and approved the financial statements including balance sheet up to Ashad end, profit and loss accounts of the last fiscal year and cash flow of the last fiscal year, according to the organization.TAG_OPEN_div_8

Similarly, the same meeting has decided not to distribute any kind of dividend in the last fiscal year. The organization informed the Nepal Stock Exchange Limited about this decision through a letter.
