Kathmandu. Api Power Company has announced a dividend to be distributed to shareholders from the profit of the last financial year 2082/83.

The company has decided to distribute 5% bonus shares and 0.263 TAG_OPEN_span_6 2% cash dividend on its current paid-up capital.

The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on November 1 decided to distribute the dividend at the rate of distribution.

The dividend will be distributed at the same rate after it is approved by the Electricity Regulatory Commission and approved by the next Annual General Meeting.
