Former bosses of the Rastra Bank know everything but there is a problem because some people sitting in the regulatory body are not able to take effective decisions.

Although the modalities, environment, and circumstances of all the regulatory bodies are different, what is the government trying to do by appointing former bosses of the Rastra Bank everywhere? Is it because of the disqualification of other people? This question has started to arise.
