Investors of 211 companies lost their share in the stock market and trading volume

Kathmandu. The stock market fell on Thursday. On Thursday, the NEPSE index fell by 12.95 points to close at 2652.58 points.

Today, along with the stock market, the trading amount has also decreased. Shares worth Rs 4.72 billion were traded in the stock market today compared to Rs 7.43 billion on Wednesday.

Out of the 13 sub-groups traded today, the index of one sub-group increased while the index of 12 sub-groups decreased. The index of the microfinance sub-group increased by a marginal point today. The share prices of 211 companies decreased while the share prices of 56 companies increased today. The share prices of 12 companies remained unchanged today.TAG_OPEN_div_12

The growth rate of the company which has increased today is less than 3 percent. The price of ‘10.25 percent KBL Debenture 2086’, which was traded in business, fell by 5.09 percent today. Similarly, the share price of Chirakhwa Hydropower has fallen by 4.5 percent today, while the price of other stocks has fallen by less than 4 percent.

Ankhu Khola Hydropower Company topped the list on the basis of turnover amount. Shares worth Rs 18.19 crore were traded today. Similarly, shares worth Rs 14.5 crore of Nepal Reinsurance Company were traded today.TAG_OPEN_div_8
