Gulmi. Kaligandaki Rural Municipality-6, Khadgakot has been completely obstructed due to landslide at Baralwa.

Kaligandaki rural municipality chair Bed Bahadur Thapa said the landslide occurred along with large rocks from above the road. That hasn’t stopped. Information Officer at the District Police Office, Gulmi, Ganga Bahadur Saru, said that a police team has been mobilized from the police post Bhurtung to clear the blocked road, but it is impossible to clear the landslide immediately.

Meanwhile, the District Administration Office has urged the people living along the banks of rivers and rivulets to remain vigilant to avoid floods and landslides.
