Kathmandu. Nepal SBI Bank has issued debentures worth Rs 3 billion. The bank has issued ‘7 percent SBI Bond 2090’ with a tenor of 10 years and an interest rate of 7 percent per annum.

The bank has issued 3 million units of debentures worth Rs 3 billion at the rate of Rs 1,000 per unit from today. Of these, 1.8 million units will be sold by the bank to other organizations.

The remaining 1.2 million units will be issued for the general public. NIMB Ace Capital has acted as the issue and sale manager of the bonds.

Applications can be made till July 30. If the bond is not sold by that time, then the application can be made till July 30. Applications can be made for a minimum of 25 to a maximum of 1.2 million units. Applications can be made online through C-ASWA member banks and financial institutions and my share software.
