Kathmandu. The Ministry of Finance has issued a 94-point ‘circular’ for the implementation of the budget. The ministry has prepared a circular on Thursday and sent it to the ministry and all subordinate bodies.

In the circular, it has been asked not to seek consent for additional budget and transfer of funds in programs other than projects approved by the Ministry of Finance. According to the circular, all types of payments made in the current year should be made only through electronic means.

However, the Ministry of Finance has already decided and asked the Office of the Controller General of Accounts to make payments only through electronic means.
