Kathmandu. Prabhu Helicopter has committed to make its flight service more quality and effective. On the occasion of its 10th year of establishment, the company has said that it will strengthen the safe and passenger-friendly service delivery.

On the occasion, Chairman of Prabhu Heli Limited, Subhash Amatya, expressed his gratitude to all for the support and support received in the last one decade and pledged to provide more quality service in the coming days. A decade ago, Prabhu Group bought all the shares of the company operated in the name of muktinath helicopter and brought it into operation in the name of Prabhu Helicopter.

“We are committed to safe, reliable and effective air transport services in nepal’s diverse and challenging geographical conditions and hope to receive the same kind of love and trust from passengers and customers in the days to come,” the company said in a statement.

Prabhu Helicopter has been working especially in the tourism sector of the country as well as in the areas of emergency rescue, transportation of materials, etc. Prabhu, which initially started its commercial journey with a Robinson helicopter, is currently operating flights on two Airbus H-125s. The company currently provides helicopter tours and sightsing services in Pokhara, Kathmandu and Langtang, and helicopter tours in Muktinath, Gosaikunda, Kalinchok Bhagwati and Lumbini. It has also been providing flights and rescue services to the base camps of Mt Everest, Annapurna and Machhapuchhre.

Prabhu Helicopter Pvt. Ltd., which was initially incorporated as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 2063, has been converted into a public limited company since July 1, 2019. The company has its own hanger facility in Pokhara.

Prabhu Helicopter Limited is preparing to issue an IPO for the general public. According to the company, Muktinath Capital has been appointed as the IPO sales manager for the IPO issue.
