Kathmandu. The NEPSE index closed 8 points higher in the pre-open session on Sunday.
The NEPSE, which closed at 2,870.63 points on Thursday, rose 75.84 points to close at 2,878.38 points in the session. The Sensex gained 0.97 points in the session.
A total of 1,68,379 units of shares worth Rs 86.21 million of 62 stocks were traded in the pre-open session on Sunday. Of these, the price of 42 stocks has increased and the price of 19 stocks has decreased.
