Court sends Agarwal to three-day judicial custody

Kathmandu. Dipendra Agarwal has been remanded in police custody for three days.

The District Court, Kathmandu, has remanded Agrawal to police custody for three days.

Agarwal has been arrested on charges of cheating and criminal breach of trust, police said. Agarwal has been accused of cheating investors and securities brokers through share trading.

A complaint has also been lodged with the Securities Board regarding Agarwal’s share trading.
