Kathmandu. In the 12 months of the last fiscal year, 64 different companies issued and sold IPO and right shares worth Rs 69 billion. According to the Securities Board of Nepal, 64 organizations have approved issue worth Rs 59.84 billion till July 20, 2081-82.
According to SEBON, 14 companies issued ordinary shares (IPOs) worth Rs 3.83 billion in the last fiscal year. Similarly, 17 companies have got permission to issue right shares worth Rs 15.41 billion.
Similarly, four organisations have been granted issuance permission worth Rs 107.3 million for additional issue. Similarly, nine companies have been given permission to issue debentures worth Rs 25.30 billion.
On the other hand, 20 other collective investment schemes have been allowed to issue collective investment plans worth Rs 15.20 billion. Bonus shares worth Rs 23.95 billion of 81 entities have been registered for the registration of bonus shares in the fiscal year 2081-82 BS.
