Kathmandu. Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) Governor Dr Bishwanath Poudel held a meeting with the bank’s Executive Officer (CEO) on Tuesday.

The governor held discussions with the CEOs of commercial banks to discuss the proposed provisions of the BAFIA Amendment Bill and the second financial sector development strategy. He called the bank’s chairmen for discussions on Wednesday, a banker said.

Similarly, the governor has said that the monetary policy for the current fiscal year and the financial sector development strategy is a matter. The governor held a meeting with the Chief Executive Officer of the commercial bank at Marriott Hotel in Kathmandu at 1:30 pm on Tuesday. Similarly, the chairman of commercial banks was called to The Soaltee Hotel at 1:30 pm on Wednesday.
