Kathmandu. NIC Asia Bank has put 100,000 units of founder shares of Suryajyoti Life Insurance Company Limited on sale.

The bank is selling the shares at a minimum of Rs 232 per share. Applications can be made for a minimum of 5,000 units and a maximum of 100,000 units.

A secret sealed bid has to be submitted from July 11 to August 30. Such bid forms will be available at the office of share registrar NIC Asia Capital Limited in Thapathali, Kathmandu.

It will also be available at NIC Asia Bank’s registered office in Thapathali, Biratnagar, Morang, Adarshanagar-Birgunj, Mahendrapul-Pokhara, Shravanpath-Butwal, Hospital Line-Dhangadhi and Birendranagar-Surkhet.

According to the bank, all interested investors can now apply as the purchase proposal has already been made by giving priority to the founding shareholders.
