Kathmandu. Justices Sapana Pradhan Malla and Bal Krishna Dhakal have filed a writ petition in the Supreme Court against the government’s suspension from the post and the formation of an inquiry committee.
Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli had formed the committee to remove Ojha within four months. Kapil Oli and Jeevan Sitaula are members of the inquiry committee formed under the coordination of former High Court judge Krishna Giri.
Ojha has moved the court against the committee formed by the government.
