Kathmandu. City Hotel, which is going to issue the right shares, has fixed the date of book closure. The company has said that it will close the book for a day on August 15.

The shareholders who have remained in office till August 15 will be able to apply for the right shares fixed by the company.

The company is issuing 80 percent of the paid-up capital of the company. The company will issue 13.39 million units of right shares worth Rs 1.33 billion with a face value of Rs 100 per share.

Prabhu Capital is the sales manager of the company.
