Kathmandu. Sickless Hydropower Company has announced to issue dividend and right shares.

A meeting of the Board of Directors held on Sunday proposed to give 15 percent bonus shares and 0.789 percent cash dividend for tax purposes to the shareholders from the profits of the fiscal year 2080/81 and fiscal year 2081/81.

The company has proposed to issue right shares in the ratio of 1:1 of the paid-up capital to be maintained after the issue of bonus shares. This proposal is proposed to be presented in the upcoming Annual General Meeting. After the approval of the assembly, the shareholders will get dividend and the right shares will be issued.
