According to the provision, the necessary details for the fiscal year 2082/83 and the taxes, fees and fees to be levied as per the law have to be submitted by the end of Poush of the fiscal year 2083. Earlier, the deadline till the end of October has been extended to the end of Poush.

This provision can be an important opportunity for businessmen who have not been able to update the details of the company due to various reasons and have missed the legal process. It is expected that this will make it easier for companies that have been out of the legal process for a long time to come back to the legal ambit and update their records.

The concerned companies will have to take advantage of the arrangement by submitting the necessary details within the stipulated period. If the process is not completed within the time limit, the businessmen may not be able to avail the available discounts, so the businessmen have been urged to complete the necessary process on time.
