Kathmandu. Api Power Company has acquired Divya Jyoti Hydropower Private Limited. Along with this, the 50 MW Marsyangdi Besi Hydropower Project being promoted by Divya Jyoti Company has also been acquired.

Api Power has decided to acquire the project as it was found to be feasible to construct and operate the project during discussions from the economic and technical perspective fund of Divya Jyoti Hydropower.

The meeting also decided to buy all the shares of the company and run the company in such a way that the management of the company is completely owned by Api Power.
